Braden Bristo (AA) New York Yankees
People speak of the mental game as separate and apart from the actual game itself, when really, the mental game is inside of every aspect of the game. Learning about how to control emotions, manage nerves, cultivate confidence through your work ethic, and most importantly discovering my identity as a player were all so important to any success I have had in this game. I strongly endorse Sean, his team, and what they are trying to offer the baseball community in regards to player development between the ears.
Sean and I become close friends while in college and remain close to this day. I know he is a good man with high character. He runs his company like he runs his life, with an aim to help people above anything else. Sean has personally endured setbacks in the game, and he came out stronger on the other side. He will teach you how to do the same. You will be a better player for having worked with Impact Performance.
